GET SET GO

  Last week we saw that conditions are conducive for us to thrive, but how things are going on today is not assuring us. 

It is a total contra situation we are thinking about and happening today.

Yes, today's condition is very difficult or survival is the only mantra that we are chanting all the time. Yes, it is difficult to condition but is it so strong to deter us from planning for today and tomorrow. If we see the Government and large corporate like TATA, RELIANCE, etc what they are doing. All are moving ahead with their plan with the same rigor.

If we see our Government they are not only utilizing this time to move ahead of the present plan also future plan and all their finance is not in the good condition. The pandemic proved to be more money guzzler than thought.

As the o, geopolitical situation is changing very fast which is in our favor. Utilizing these is very difficult if the government is not making changes in the process and its execution.

It is well-known fact that the Government process is very stiff and cumbersome, but we are seeing it in agile mode than we are our self. Reasons could be different for everybody but it is true things are changing very fast and so is the response. 

What we want to say here becomes agile. Take things as it is and absorb the shock it is bringing with them. GET SET  & GO with fully present in the current situation and change the plan without changing the target to achieve the target we have set. Or you can increase the target by taking the advantage of the present situation. How this can be done depends on your plan and target you have taken, flexibility in the execution along with cosmetic or hard changes in a mid-way.

If you have done your planning after listening, listening, listening, and plan, strategies, and execution mode.  Do the planning right now as it is not too late to do it. Let us use this time for making us in getting SET to GO mode for not only survival but making our future flourish with many colors.
